DELIVERY
Your order will be despatched the next working day by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during office hours Monday to Friday you may wish to give us an alternate delivery address where someone will be there to sign for the goods.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will e-mail you with details as to availability and ask if you wish to proceed with the order.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - please contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items for exchange or refunds should be returned to us unworn, in the original packaging, tags and labels attached, within 10 days. All tights and socks are a final sale. Please outline reason for return on compliment slip provided and return to:-

It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we would strongly advise you to send your parcel recorded post, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter at the time of posting.
Postage is non-refundable unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
There will be no administration fee charged for exchanges however the customer will be charged the return carriage cost.
